What You’ll Be Doing:

• Recruit and place skilled candidates in light industrial (warehouse, manufacturing, logistics), clerical (admin, customer service, data entry), and medical (clinical and non-clinical) roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, presenting, and closing
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Prioritize high-value roles and strategize placements with our team

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in direct hire recruiting, especially in light industrial, clerical, or medical sectors
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to succeed
• Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS systems is a plus
