Our ideal candidate is within reasonable driving distance of Cleveland, Ohio for quarterly planning meetings and monthly sales meetings. Candidates with experience in B2B publishing/media will receive special consideration because we are a media firm... we sell print and digital advertising and subscriptions (aka Memberships).

About Our Products/Services (note that we have 3 websites) :

Our advertising products are housed under the BONEZONE® (bonezonepub.com) and OMTEC® (omtecexpo.com) brands and include digital and print display ads, sponsored content (videos, webinars, articles, infographics), email advertising, directory listings, exhibit booths and conference sponsorships.

Our business intelligence products are housed under the ORTHOWORLD® (orthoworld.com) brand and consist primarily of Membership plans.

Job Summary:

Our small, growing company seeks to add a third Account Manager to our team to help us develop and maintain customer relationships that promote satisfaction and retention. The Account Manager will take charge of established accounts, develop new accounts and serve as a valued contributor to the achievement of sales plans and positive customer experiences.

Job Specifics:

• Prepare and close advertising insertion orders, custom advertising proposals and individual and business memberships
• Aggressively seek direct contact with customers to get to know them and their needs
• Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline in CMS
• Consistently communicate progress on sales initiatives
• Compile digital analytics reports to measure the success of advertising campaigns
• Partner with colleagues to maximize ROI for customers
• Continuously grow customer knowledge; advocate for stellar customer care and continued product/service improvements
