Accounts Payable Compensation

• Pay rate: 20.41 per hour
• Hybrid role: in-office on Tuesday and Wednesday, remote on Monday, Thursday, and Friday.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

• Execute a variety of accounts payable responsibilities based on evolving department needs.
• Review and process invoice submissions into the AP system.
• Communicate regularly with external vendors regarding accounts payable inquiries.
• Analyze accounts payable transactions to respond to inquiries effectively.
• Perform mail triage and research for general and returned checks.
• Support offshore AP teams in analyzing open invoices and discrepancies.

Accounts Payable QUALIFICATIONS:

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business is preferred.
