Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk Job Description:
PrideStaff Financial is working with an excellent local company who is looking for an Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk. The Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk will process, post and code payments along with verifying services and calculate commissions. The ideal Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk has 2+ years performing Accounts Receivable duties, has a clear understanding of the general ledger and demonstrates an eye for detail and superb communication skills. The Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk position is a full time, temp to hire position in Sacramento, CA.
Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk Duties & Responsibilities:
Process, Post & Code Incoming Payments Accurately & Efficiently
Verify Services Performed to Calculate Commissions
Reconcile AR Transactions & Resolve Discrepancies
Generate & Distribute Invoices & Account Statements
Collaborate With Internal Teams to Resolve Billing Issues
Maintain Accurate Records & Documentation
Provide Excellent Customer Service to Clients & Team Members Regarding Billing & Commissions Inquiries
Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
2+ Years of Experience Processing Accounts Receivable or Related Finance Role
Basic Understanding of The General Ledger
Analytical Critical Thinking Mindset
Strong Customer Service & Communication Skills
Proficiency in Accounting Software & MS Excel (Beginner)
Attention to Detail & Strong Organizational Skills
