Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Actuary to join our team, specializing in Property and Casualty insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing various types of data to produce rate adjustment proposals, reserve estimates, economic capital models, and actuarial support for state insurance department filings. You will play a critical role in implementing new rates, rating plans, and recommending changes where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze data to create rate adjustment proposals, reserve estimates, and economic capital models.
• Provide actuarial support for filings with state insurance departments and help implement new rates and rating plans.
• Analyze data to develop and propose solutions for actuarial or product line management.
• Serve as the Property/Casualty Actuarial representative for assigned project committees.
• Pursue and maintain a Casualty Actuarial Society designation (ACAS or higher) and continue education to maintain credentials.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Property/Casualty actuarial work.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop complex actuarial models and solutions.
• Active pursuit of ACAS designation (or equivalent) and commitment to maintaining Continuing Education credits.

***Salary-$100k-$130k
