About Us:
JBS Construction is a leading construction company specializing in commercial projects. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and assist our project management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Prepare and manage documents, contracts, permits, and invoices.
  • Assist with project coordination and reporting.
  • Handle office supplies and inventory.
  • Support payroll, billing, and accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and timelines.
  • Manage lease agreements, collect rent, & communicate with tenants.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (Associate’s preferred).
  • Previous administrative experience (construction industry a plus).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in Quickbooks
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Experience with property management & lease administration.
