Job Description

Must have:

• Perform review of damage descriptions, compare against structural repair manuals and determine allowable damages/deviations, prepare appropriate repair sketch using Canvas, perform Static and fatigue stress analysis for aircraft components.
• Use of classical hand calculation approach along with customer analysis tools (Boeing analysis tools). Prepare analysis documentation for airworthiness certification/approval. Prepare repair scheme detailing fabrication, installation and inspection.
• Understanding of failure modes, load paths
• Experience is performing Stress Analysis for Boeing Aircraft Programs/Stress Analysis for Aircraft Maintenance Repair/MRB Stress Analysis
• Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards
• Experience in metallic and Composites structural analysis
• Experience in Load, stress calculations and preparing technical reports
• Experience in Finite Element Analysis tools (Nastran, Patran)
• Experience in static, fatigue and damage tolerance calculations
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards
• Experienced in PATRAN, NASTRAN, FEMAP
• Experience in MRB and SRM
• Experience in CATIA V5, Enovia
