What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car rental) while adhering to corporate travel guidelines
- Ensure timely communication, including call-backs within a 1-hour window and email responses within 2 hours
- Process reservations and ticketing using the online tool (Concur)
- Maintain ownership of travel records and ensure all client details are addressed prior to departure
- Stay informed on airline rules, regulations, and tariffs to apply knowledge to travel arrangements
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in corporate travel
- Proficiency in Sabre, Travelport Plus, and Worldspan; Apollo knowledge is optional
- Competency in ticketing processes, including exchanges
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with online booking tools
- Knowledge of international itineraries and rate structures
- Familiarity with health requirements and travel documentation for various countries
