What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of travel agency experience, with a strong understanding of the travel industry
- Proficiency in the Sabre CRS system and experience with Travelport
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel sector
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple complex requests and work with C-level executives

- Expertise in international travel bookings and processes
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive customer service approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to retain client travel preferences
