We welcome you to be part of our team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio. We are seeking a part-time or full-time Anesthesiologist to join our practice in a facility that boasts state-of-the-art surgical and inpatient technologies. With a strong practice team and a commitment to quality patient care, you will be positioned to thrive in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work flexible days and hours, available for both full-time and part-time roles.
• Participate in a care team model with an equitable call schedule.
• Collaborate with a practice team of 7 full-time physicians and 18 CRNAs.
• Practice at various locations including Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center.
• Select from a variety of cases to sharpen and maintain your skills.
• Engage in weekly onsite CME and Grand Rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network.
• Explore opportunities for overtime as desired.
• Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees.
• Support from a full complement of medical and surgical specialties.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, including four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots.
• Open to residents, fellows, and experienced physicians, with new graduates encouraged to have plans to sit for boards.

Qualifications:

• Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and plans to test) or Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
• Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA certificate (must be obtained prior to start).
• Clean malpractice and license history.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification in Anesthesiology or Board Eligible status.
• Valid Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA certification required before start date.
