We are seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent to join our team! You will be leasing and pre-leasing residential apartments within our current portfolio in Brockton. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Hours are 9:30 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Online Marketing and Advertising.
• Promptly and diligently follow up with all leads and prospects through our digital platforms. Make calls (50-100 calls a day).
• Schedule viewings, physically meet prospective tenants at different property locations to show upcoming units (typically occupied), utilizing sales skills to effectively close prospects.
• Review Rental Applications. Screen tenants, conduct credit and criminal checks, and obtain the documentation required for completed applications, which will then be handed off to a manager.
• Convert prospects into tenants and maintain occupancy expectations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-years of experience in the property management and/or leasing field with a successful record is preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong computer skills to navigate multiple platforms.
• Good communication, sociable, self-motivated, dependable, professional, and honest.
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to engage different personalities.
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
