Apartment Leasing Consultant
Location: Randallstown, MD
Pay: $18–$20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM and Saturday, 10AM–5PM
We are seeking a professional and organized Leasing Consultant to join an apartment community in Randallstown.
Responsibilities:
Follow up on pending applications
Work on securing appointments with prospective residents
Communicate with residents and assist with questions
File paperwork and maintain leasing records
Conduct tours of apartment homes
Support additional administrative and leasing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Must be available to work Saturdays
