Apartment Maintenance Technician (Short-Term Contract)

 

We’re looking for a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team on a 10-day contract assignment. $25/hr

 

What you’ll do:

• Handle routine work orders and basic repairs
• Assist with apartment turns (make-ready)
• Perform groundskeeping duties (trash pickup, curb appeal, general upkeep)
• Use tools and get hands-on with maintenance tasks

 

What we offer:

• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Daily pay available this week (for hours worked today/tomorrow)
• Opportunity to start immediately

 

 

Requirements:

• Handy with tools and not afraid of getting dirty
• Reliable and ready to show up on time
• Available to start right away (today or tomorrow preferred)
