We are seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our team! Weekly Pay!

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance

​ Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance/other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment - Have your own tools! 
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • HVAC Certification (a PLUS, but not required)
