Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Miami, FL
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our Miami community. This role is responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, safe, and comfortable for residents.
Responsibilities:
Complete work orders and repairs in a timely, professional manner
Perform general maintenance tasks: electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair/troubleshooting
Handle unit turnovers/make-readies
Assist with groundskeeping and preventative maintenance as needed
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and staff
Qualifications:
Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and appliance repair
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team
Pay & Schedule:
$22–$23 per hour, DOE
Full-time, Monday–Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
