Job Title: Area Operations Manager - Radiology

Salary: $95,000 - $102,000
Shift Type: Day Shift
Shift Times: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours/Day: 8
Role Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Area Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and supervision of Radiological Technologists and/or Sonographers within the assigned region. The role ensures adherence to company policies, patient care standards, and regulatory compliance, maintaining optimal operation and staffing levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement staff schedules and manage staffing needs within the region.
- Monitor and manage performance, service needs, and departmental profitability.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and health department rules.
- Directly supervise all staff within the region, including conducting evaluations and coaching.
- Oversee image quality reviews, supply ordering, and equipment management.
- Liaise with management and dispatch to optimize patient care and service efficiency.
- Perform clinical duties such as X-rays and ultrasounds as needed to support team.
- Manage fleet scheduling and maintenance to ensure operational reliability.
Qualifications:
- Experience in radiological services management preferred.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and enforce company policies and standards.
- Proficiency in operational and financial management within a healthcare setting.
