Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and sub-assemble various oven components using powered hand tools;
- Read and follow schematic drawings and specifications to guide assembly;
- Test assembled units to ensure they meet performance and quality standards;
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience;
- Collaborate with the team, providing constructive feedback and supporting business goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Ability to work under pressure, reacting positively to challenges;
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments is preferred.
