• Salary Range:$160,000.00 - $170,000.00 USD Plus Bonus

Position Overview: Highpoint Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Market Assistant CFO to join our team in Gallatin, TN. In this senior-level role, you will direct market finance department activities, functions, and resources to ensure alignment with the organization's mission, values, and objectives. You will work closely with the Market CFO and lead the finance team to support Highpoint Health's commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the market finance department's activities and resources.
• Ensure alignment with the organizations mission, values, and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Provide financial guidance and oversight for hospital operations and physician practices.
• Implement and manage financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Must-Haves:

• Education:Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience:Minimum of 5 years of for-profit hospital finance experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Education:Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Certification:CPA license.
• Experience:Background in hospital finance serving multiple locations.

Skills and Competencies:

• Critical thinking and decisive judgment skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle stress effectively.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
