Business Litigation Associate Attorney (Full-Time) (Hybrid in Newark, NJ)

Location: Hybrid schedule in Newark, New Jersey

Salary: $190k - $240K Range Base Salary

Must-Haves:

• 6-12 years of complex commercial and business litigation experience.
• Strong writing skills are necessary to draft complaints, answers, discovery requests, and responses.
• Business litigation experience with breach of contract, shareholder issues, and business disputes.

Requirements

• 6-12 years of complex commercial and business litigation experience.
• Strong writing skills are necessary to draft complaints, answers, discovery requests, and responses.
• Strong research skills and oral communication.

Qualifications

• Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact directly with clients.
