Associate Litigation Attorney with a focus in Construction, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Business Litigation to join our growing boutique firm.
Requirements:
- The candidate must have research skills, writing skills, excellent oral communication skills, drafting and transactional skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Most importantly, the candidate must be compassionate and attentive to our clients yet have the ability to Litigate and advocate.
- It is a strong plus if you have knowledge of and experience in (but willing to train the right candidate that has a strong desire to learn and ready to litigate) these areas of law:
- Construction and Environmental matters, Construction Defects, Delay Claims, Contract Changes and Extras, Payment and Performance Bonds, Mechanic's liens, Bid Protests and 558 Claims among other Construction Law Issues. Landlord Tenant Law, Zoning and Land Use Law, Eminent Domain Matters, Commercial and Residential transactions, Commercial and Residential Lease Drafting and Disputes, Condominium, Homeowner Association and Co-Op Law, Business Formation and Litigation and Wills and Trust Law.
- Candidate must be in good standing with Florida Bar.
- Must be ready to work and be hands on.
