Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest as an Associate Supply Chain Specialist. This full-time role supports procurement, inventory management, receiving, and supply chain analytics within a vibrant healthcare system that includes a Critical Access Hospital and multiple clinics. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to strategic projects and providing cross-departmental support.
Job Duties and Responsibilities - Manage requisition workflows, source approved items, and ensure compliance with contracts and policies.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues.
- Monitor stock levels, support stocking and freight check-in, manage reorder points, and assist with department transfers.
- Coordinate incoming shipments, verify deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze supply chain data, identify trends, support forecasting, and recommend solutions during supply disruptions.
- Provide coverage and operational support across supply chain roles during absences or peak workloads.
- Maintain item master data, update supply templates, and assist with ERP system buildouts and data conversions.
- Contribute to special initiatives, workflow improvements, and policy development.
Education High School Diploma or GED required. Some college coursework or technical training/certification preferred. An Associate's degree in business, supply chain, healthcare administration, or a related field is a plus.
Experience 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement is required. Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is strongly preferred.
Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis tools.
- Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills across clinical and non-clinical teams.
