Job Description

Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest as an Associate Supply Chain Specialist. This full-time role supports procurement, inventory management, receiving, and supply chain analytics within a vibrant healthcare system that includes a Critical Access Hospital and multiple clinics. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to strategic projects and providing cross-departmental support.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage requisition workflows, source approved items, and ensure compliance with contracts and policies.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues.
  • Monitor stock levels, support stocking and freight check-in, manage reorder points, and assist with department transfers.
  • Coordinate incoming shipments, verify deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Analyze supply chain data, identify trends, support forecasting, and recommend solutions during supply disruptions.
  • Provide coverage and operational support across supply chain roles during absences or peak workloads.
  • Maintain item master data, update supply templates, and assist with ERP system buildouts and data conversions.
  • Contribute to special initiatives, workflow improvements, and policy development.
Education

High School Diploma or GED required. Some college coursework or technical training/certification preferred. An Associate's degree in business, supply chain, healthcare administration, or a related field is a plus.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement is required. Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is strongly preferred.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills across clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive mindset.
