ATTORNEY - Experienced Professional Liability - 175k-225k++ Job Title: Professional Liability Attorney (Civil Litigation) - $175-225k++
Location: REMOTE in CA, with option of Hybrid/In-Office at any of our CA locations (if desired) Salary: $175k-$225k++, Benefits, 401k

What You Will Be Doing

- Civil Litigation

- Written Discovery
- Drafting Pleadings
- Taking & Defending Depositions
- Trial work
- Extensive client interactions

- Reporting to clients and/or insurance carriers

 

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Experience:
- Attorney in Professional Liability or General Liability

- Minimum of 5 years Experience as a Professional Liability Attorney

- 5+ Years experience in civil litigation including experience in drafting pleadings, written discovery; motions and other related litigation documents; taking and defending depositions; reporting to clients and/or insurance carriers; and other facets of the litigation process

 

Nice to Have:
- Defense Experience

- Experience with diverse subsets of Professional Liability (ie. legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, architects/engineers, insurance agents/brokers, real estate agents/brokers, etc)
