We are looking for experienced, fully remote Audit Managers to lead financial statement audits and attest engagements for top-tier CPA firms across the United States. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time opportunities, we offer flexible projects typically ranging from 3-6 months, with potential extensions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the wrap-up and review process after audit fieldwork, including finalizing work papers and checklists.
Review draft financial statements and audit documents.
Communicate audit findings to stakeholders.
Provide guidance, training, and development to junior staff members.
Qualifications
Public accounting experience within the last five years.
Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Accounting.
Active CPA license required.
Proficiency in US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Auditing Standards (GAAS).
Familiarity with Public Company Oversight Board (PCAOB) Auditing Standards.
Must be a U.S. resident and authorized to work in the United States.
