Customers count on you to diagnose their concerns, offer solutions, and make sure their vehicles are road-ready. Behind the scenes, you're managing parts orders, keeping mechanics and technicians on track, and making sure every job is done right. Certifications such as ASE (C1, G1, P2, A4, A5), TIA, or Procert would be a plus!
