Legal Talent Consultant

We are looking for a Legal Talent Consultant to manage legal recruitments. You will also have the opportunity to take on responsibilities for sales, marketing, or business development.

What Does Our Daily Work Look Like? We offer you a diverse role to consult on our clients' recruitment needs and to work on various service assignments. You will be responsible for a wide client portfolio covering hundreds of organizations across different industries. You will deepen existing customer relationships and create new ones. Your goal is to expand your client base, and you will receive support from both other consultants and the new client acquisition team.

Your daily work consists of active sales, account management, and primarily executing legal recruitment assignments in collaboration with the assigned team. Your role is important throughout the entire project: you will identify the client's key drivers, conduct interviews, and support the client in the final selection.

In addition, we produce various content for our digital platforms, such as podcasts and webinars, in which you will have the opportunity to participate. However, client meetings and executing recruitments are your main areas of responsibility.

Development and Impact Opportunities You will also have the opportunity to take on responsibilities in addition to your consulting work, such as sales, marketing, or broader business development, and to be part of team leadership work. What Are Our Expectations From You?

• We expect you to have a relevant educational background
• The role requires previous experience (approx. 25 years) in service sales, recruitment, and/or direct recruitment
• You have previously done client acquisition and managed accounts independently
• You need excellent interpersonal skills for daily interactions
• You must have a genuine interest in the legal field
• Daily tasks require seamless text production and excellent spoken language skills in both Finnish and English
• If you have a goal-oriented attitude, take strong ownership of tasks, and have the ability to lead yourself and projects, you will fit in with us
• The work is sometimes fast-paced, so we hope you are eagerly ready to take on challenges
• We work sometimes independently and remotely: it is important to us that you enjoy working in a hybrid team model
