Adjuncts are hired on a course basis each term. Salary Range for Adjuncts teaching in this academic area is $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per course.

Adjunct Faculty candidates to teach courses in
Nursing majors.Interested individuals are invited to complete a faculty profile, attach a curriculum vita and transcripts for consideration.At Governors State University, adjunct faculty are hired as temporary faculty with teaching responsibilities for a specific course in a semester or summer session. Adjuncts are not a part of the faculty bargaining unit and are not included in membership of the Faculty Senate.Required and Preferred Qualifications
Minimum QualificationsMasters Degree with a Major in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications1. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (classroom or online)
2. Blackboard 9.1 experience
