What You’ll Do

• Lead daily bar operations across multiple concepts, ensuring a smooth, service-first environment
• Create innovative and seasonally inspired cocktail menus aligned with the restaurant’s food and wine ethos
• Hire, train, and mentor bartenders and support staff to uphold high standards of craft and hospitality
• Collaborate with the wine and culinary teams to offer memorable pairings and beverage experiences
• Manage inventory, costing, ordering, and bar profitability
• Ensure consistency and excellence in drink preparation, service, and guest engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Lead Mixologist in upscale or fine-dining settings
• Strong mixology skills and a passion for creating thoughtful, balanced cocktails
• Natural leader who thrives on mentoring and developing a team
• Solid understanding of beverage cost control, bar operations, and health/safety standards
• High-level professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail
• Wine knowledge and interest in working within a wine-forward environment is a major plus
