Bilingual Customer Service Associate (English/Spanish)

Location: Mesa, AZ 85210
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $18.00 – $19.00/hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Work Location: On-site

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
• Provide clear, accurate information about our products, services, and policies
• Assist with payment processing and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and service excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (Required)
• 1+ year of call center experience (Required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with solid data entry skills
• ️ Familiarity with CRM systems and office software (a plus)
• Basic loan knowledge (bonus!)
• Team player with a proactive attitude
