Job Description
We are seeking a polished and professional Bilingual Receptionist - Office Assistant to join the team of a well-established law firm in Silver Spring. Our firm litigates wage and hour and discrimination claims.
This is a temp-to-hire position and we will provide training!
No legal experience is necessary. Duties And Responsibilities-
- Obtain information from new and potential clients.
- nswer and screen telephone calls Interpret during telephone calls between lawyers/firm staff members and Spanish-speaking individuals
- Greet guests perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as;
- Schedule appointments
- Update case files
- Data entry
- Respond to inquiries on various matters such as the status of pending cases.
- Operate standard office equipment such as word processors, personal computers, calculators, duplicating machines, facsimile machines, printers, scanners, etc.
- Perform any other work-related things including those relating to Firm operations as assigned.
Office Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Education
Completion of a high school diploma and simultaneous enrollment in a bachelor's or associate degree are strongly preferred, but not required
Experience Position requirements include solid verbal or written communication skills in both English and Spanish - Must have the ability to be resourceful and to be proactive.

Special Requirements
