BIM Modelers Level I, II & III

Coppell, TX

6 Months contract to hire

Summary

We are seeking BIM Modelers with strong Revit and electrical experience to lead modeling efforts, manage project documentation, and support a cross-functional team. Candidates must be able to pass a Revit test and have a solid job history. Looking for Level 1, 2 & 3.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Revit modeling and documentation for electrical projects
• Maintain project models using multi-trade backgrounds
• Collaborate with internal teams and support staff
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project timelines
• Train and guide junior modelers

Required

• Strong Revit proficiency (will be tested)
• Electrical drafting experience required
• Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
• Stable job history
• Strong computer skills; tech school a plus
• Familiarity with BlueBeam , Autodesk Cloud, NavisWorks
• Able to read and interpret 2D plans and electrical schedules
• Experience leading BIM projects and teams

Education

• HS Diploma
• Certification or Degree in related field is a Plus
