*Location: *Quincy, MA

*Full-Time Compensation:* $75,000–$86,000 per year (based on experience) + Bi-Weekly Performance Bonuses

*Schedule: *Full-time (Monday - Friday)

*What You'll Do*
* Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to guide individualized treatment planning
* Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior support plans
* Oversee and support the implementation of programming by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality and consistency
* Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs, fostering their professional development and clinical success
* Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Provide family training and support to encourage skill generalization and support treatment goals
* Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other professionals such as speech therapists and occupational therapists to ensure cohesive care

*Education/Experience and Other Requirements*
* Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
* Active *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)* certification
* Active *Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)* credential, or eligibility to obtain
* Reliable access to technology (laptop, internet) for communication and data management
* Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience designing treatment plans and intervention programs
* Strong supervisory, mentoring, and communication skills
* Proficiency with technology for tracking data and designing effective programs
