Coach USA is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bus Painter to join our maintenance team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our fleet of buses maintains a professional, clean, and appealing appearance that reflects the quality and pride of our company.

Responsibilities: \n
\n - Prep for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
\n - Apply finishes according to manufacturer specifications.
\n - Operate and maintain spray guns properly.
\n - Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and paints.
\n - Maintain a exceptionally clean and organized work area.
\n - Collaborate with other technicians as needed to complete repairs.

Qualifications: \n
\n - Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle painting.
\n - Knowledge of paint mixing, blending, and color-matching techniques.
\n - Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet production deadlines.
\n - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
\n - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment.
