Compensation: $26- $30 per hour based on experience

Experience Required: 3-5 years in metal fabrication

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Fabricator with 3-5 years of hands-on metalworking and welding experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, shaping, welding, and assembling metal components to create high-quality custom parts and structures. This role requires proficiency with fabrication tools and equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities: \n
\n - Read and interpret work orders, and technical drawings.
\n - Cut, bend, and shape metal components using fabrication tools and machinery.
\n - Perform MIG/TIG welding and other welding processes as needed.
\n - Operate shop equipment such as saws, grinders, plasma cutters, and drills.
\n - Assemble parts and structures to exact specifications.
\n - Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and durability.
\n - Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
\n - Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and production goals.

Qualifications & Skills: \n
\n - Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a fabricator, welder, or similar role.
\n - Technical Skills: Proficient in MIG/TIG welding, cutting, and general fabrication methods.
\n - Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings.
\n - Attention to Detail: Capable of producing precise, high-quality work.
\n - Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
\n - Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support a fast-paced production environment.
\n - Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work safely in a shop setting.

Preferred Qualifications: \n
\n - Experience in automotive body fabrication.
\n - Familiarity with fabrication machinery.
\n - Knowledge of different metals and adhesives.
\n
