  • Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks (Desktop/Online)
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, receipts, sales, and payments
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Manage payroll and related government remittances (e.g., CPP, EI, taxes)
  • File GST/HST returns and other government filings as required
  • Work with external accountants for year-end processes and audits

Ensure compliance with federal and provincial tax regulations
