### Bookkeeper
Location: Remote | Schedule: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST

#### What You'll Do
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and manage customer and vendor accounts.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payroll for all employees.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
- Sales Tax Management: Handle monthly and quarterly sales tax preparations.
- Software Utilization: Work with QuickBooks Desktop and Excel for daily accounting tasks (experience with Xero is a plus, but training is available).
#### What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, with a strong background in inventory tracking.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel. Xero experience is a bonus, but we're happy to provide training.
- Education: A background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: QuickBooks or Certified Bookkeeper (CB) certification is a plus, but not required.
