This individual will play a key role in building strategic partnerships, expanding community engagement, and driving corporate membership initiatives that elevate awareness and strengthen our position as the premier destination for holistic wellness. As a contract role, this position offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our growth and community presence. Key Responsibilities Community Partnerships & Engagement Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with local businesses, wellness organizations, and community groups. Represent Heights Wellness Retreat Gunbarrel at local events, expos, and community activities to promote services and membership offerings. Collaborate with Chattanooga-based influencers and wellness advocates to expand visibility. Corporate Membership Initiatives Develop and implement strategies to grow corporate wellness memberships and employer partnerships. Present corporate packages to local companies, HR leaders, and wellness program coordinators. Maintain ongoing relationships with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and renewal. Brand Presence & Storytelling Serve as a brand storyteller, articulating the mission and values of Heights Wellness Retreat. Ensure consistent representation of brand voice and visual identity in all outreach efforts. Gather feedback from community and partners to inform marketing and service initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in partnership development, community engagement, or business development. Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills. Passion for health, wellness, and holistic lifestyle practices. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities. Previous experience in wellness, hospitality, fitness, or spa industries preferred. Contract Details Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee (Heights Wellness Retreat Gunbarrel) Contract Type: Independent contractor role (hourly or project-based).
