Role Overview: As a Field Marketing Manager, you will direct our door-to-door Marketing Outreach Team, driving unparalleled lead generation for Great Lakes Home Remodeling. You'll strategically expand territories, recruit and develop talented canvassers, and implement innovative canvassing techniques. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of 6+ field marketers
- Provide masterful training on proven marketing scripts
- Conduct daily field marketing sessions alongside your team
- Engage in daily team meetings for strategic planning and continuous improvement
- Foster team development and individual growth

- Proven Leadership in Marketing, Management, or Canvassing
