Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 4 Month

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Apparel Designer to develop innovative, high-performance, and lifestyle apparel. The ideal candidate combines a strong sense of aesthetics with practical design thinking, creating product that resonates with consumers across sport, performance, and fan-wear categories, including football, baseball, and softball.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design seasonal and concept-driven apparel collections across multiple product categories, including gender-fluid styles, knits, wovens, tops, and bottoms.
  • Translate narratives and consumer insights into innovative product concepts aligned with brand ethos and seasonal direction.
  • Create and prepare design toolboxes, style guides, and presentation materials to clearly communicate seasonal themes and design intent.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including product line management, technical design, color, graphics, materials, sourcing, and development to commercialize designs.
  • Attend fit sessions and product reviews to evaluate and refine fit, construction, and design execution.
  • Participate in material and trim selection and development in collaboration with sourcing and materials teams.
  • Provide support to teammates and contribute to collaborative team efforts across various projects and seasonal deliverables.
  • Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CLO3D, Keynote, and InDesign for visualization and communication of product ideas.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, Material Design, Graphic Design, or Human Body Design.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in apparel or product design roles, preferably with an emphasis on performance and technical sportswear.
  • Strong storytelling and narrative creation skills to guide product innovation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Keynote, and InDesign.
  • Hands-on experience with garment construction, sewing, and pattern-making.
  • Solid understanding of materials, trims, and apparel construction methods.
  • Experience with digital and 3D design tools such as CLO3D or similar.
  • Ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
