Job Title: Business Performance Analyst & Advisor - Concrete and Aggregates

Location: Richmond, Virginia (relocation provided)

Package : $110k - $150k (DOE) + Bonus (10%) + Long-Term Incentive (12%)

Bonuses are uncapped.

Responsibilities:

Assist management on various business performance by providing analytical and reporting support in the form of:

• Operating budgets
• Financial planning models
• Area performance review metrics
• Long-term projections

Provide analysis of operational performance and financial results for management in preparation of quarterly and monthly area reviews.

Work across Concrete and Aggregate product lines to support all reporting and analytic aspects of the General Manager.

Your focus will span across: Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York & New Jersey.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the manufactured building materials industry (Aggregates, Concrete, Cement, Aspahlt)
• 3-5 years finance, accounting with a heavy emphasis on financial analysis and reporting ability
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
