What Youll Be Doing: - Fabricate custom cabinetry and millwork pieces according to drawings, sketches, and specifications
- Use a variety of woodworking tools and equipment (saws, routers, sanders, etc.) safely and accurately
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to ensure every piece is built to spec
- Cut, shape, and assemble materials with a high level of precision and craftsmanship
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to maintain workflow and quality standards
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with shop safety guidelines
What You Bring: - Previous experience in cabinetry, millwork, or custom woodworking (Required)
- Strong hand-tool and power-tool skills, with a safety-first mindset
- Ability to work from blueprints and design specifications with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and proud of producing high-quality, finished products
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
