What Youll Be Doing:
  • Fabricate custom cabinetry and millwork pieces according to drawings, sketches, and specifications
  • Use a variety of woodworking tools and equipment (saws, routers, sanders, etc.) safely and accurately
  • Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to ensure every piece is built to spec
  • Cut, shape, and assemble materials with a high level of precision and craftsmanship
  • Collaborate with the fabrication team to maintain workflow and quality standards
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with shop safety guidelines
What You Bring:
  • Previous experience in cabinetry, millwork, or custom woodworking (Required)
  • Strong hand-tool and power-tool skills, with a safety-first mindset
  • Ability to work from blueprints and design specifications with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented and proud of producing high-quality, finished products
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
