RV Enterprise Inc. a New York based construction consulting firm, we are seeking a talented CAD & BIM Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our project managers and engineers to create detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD and BIM software. You will be responsible for producing accurate and high-quality drawings and models that meet project requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D and 3D models using CAD and BIM software
• Produce accurate and high-quality drawings and models that meet project requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project needs and requirements
• Review and mark-up drawings for revisions and corrections
• Maintain project documentation and organize files
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CAD and BIM technology

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certificate in CAD or related field
• 3+ years of experience in CAD and BIM drafting
• Proficient in CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings and models
• Knowledge of construction processes and terminology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
