RCTV is looking for full-time Call Center Representatives to work on-site at our Torrance, CA location. This position is not remote . We are currently hiring for Wednesday–Sunday shifts that starts 10AM-6:30PM. This role provides potential for growth within the department and company, as we actively identify strong performers for promotion. The RCTV Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Working late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required. The ability to work on any schedule is essential, including weekends . As a Call Center Representative, you will answer calls from potential customers interested in our products featured during our media ads 

• Answer incoming calls from potential customers.
• Identify and address customer needs courteously and professionally.
• Work with internal departments to enhance customer experience.
• Educate customers on products featured in our televised shows.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn.
• Adaptability, remaining calm and professional during each call.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence.

Requirements:

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential, even with our relaxed, casual work environment.
• Must be available to work Saturday nights.
• Reliable means of transportation.
