Sales Specialist to help customers find the perfect upgrades for their vehicles - from audio systems to remote starters and custom accessories.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through our products and services while delivering a top-notch experience. If you love cars, sales, and helping people bring their vision to life, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities •Greet and engage with walk-in customers, listen to their needs, and recommend the right products and services
•Educate customers on the features and benefits of car audio systems, alarms, lighting, remote starters, and more
•Provide accurate quotes, create work orders, and coordinate with the install team to ensure a seamless experience
•Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships that keep them coming back
•Stay up to date on new products, trends, and technology in the 12V industry
Qualifications •1+ year of retail or automotive sales experience preferred
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're comfortable talking to anyone
•Passion for vehicles, electronics, and aftermarket customization
•Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
•Ability to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
