JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Valid Driver's License or State ID
2. 2nd Form of ID (Passport or Social Security Card)
3. COVID Vax + Booster
4. TB Test
5. Car Registration (if applicable)
6. Car Insurance (if applicable)
7. Home Care Aid Registration (Fingerprint Background Check) ($125 Initial Cost $100 Reimbursement when training is complete)
8. Drug Test *In or our office*
9. PROFICIENT IN ASL

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
1. Non-Medical Home Care
2. Light Housekeeping (Dusting/Sweeping/Moping/Laundry/Remove Trash)
3. Personal Care (Showering/Bathing/Diaper Changing/Grooming)
4. Errands/Transportation for appointments and outings
5. Medication Schedules/Reminders
6. Hospice Care/Developmental Disabilities

PAY RATE: $18-$20/HR
