Position: Carrier Representative

Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Overview:

As a Carrier Representative, your main role will be to source and manage carrier capacity to fulfill customer transportation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and manage carrier capacity for customer shipments.
• Provide accurate, timely updates to carriers and Customer Representatives.
• Oversee shipments, coordinating with carriers to keep everyone informed.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with carriers.
• Qualify new carriers and support onboarding.
• Ensure 100% tracking of customer shipments.
• Share capacity insights with the team for optimal results.
• Stay informed on industry trends and news.
