Farmland Fresh Dairies is Hiring CDL B Delivery Drivers in Jamaica, NY!  

Located in Jamaica, NY (Queens)​

*** MUST BE WILLING TO COMMUTE NEWARK, NJ FOR TRAINING ***

COMMUTING EXPENSE ASSISTANCE PROVIDED TO RESIDENTS OF BROOKLYN, QUEENS, LONG ISLAND, BRONX

(Up to $250 Per Week Transportation Reimbursement)

Reimbursement Payment Issued in Separate Check Tax Free

You Will Be Driving a Straight Truck

Early Morning Shifts - Must Be Able to Work Saturdays

(Weekend Work Required)

Stay Active with Touch Freight!  

2+ Years Driving Experience Required

DOT Medical Card Needed - Touch Freight is Required  

$27 - $30 Per Hour

$7,000 Sign On Bonus

This is a delivery position responsible for driving a 26ft Straight Truck, delivering and unloading various products for our customers. Overtime hours, working weekends and holidays, and starting at various evening
start times are required in order to successfully meet customers' needs.

About the Position:   

• Morning Shift - Dispatch Times: 2AM - 5AM 
• 10 Hour Shifts on Average
• 25-35 Stops Depending on the Location 
• Must Be Able to Work on Saturdays
• Local Routes - Be Home Everyday
• Days off : Sunday and second day off in the middle of the week, must be able to work Saturdays 

 

Responsibilities:  

• Deliver product within assigned route schedule and time windows 
• Maintain Department of Transportation rules 
• Unloading of merchandise by the use of hand trucks 

 

Requirements:   

• 21+ years of age
  
• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver License with no more than 3 violations on MVR
  
• 2 years experience required
  
• Possess and be able to present a valid non-expired interstate Medical Examiner's Certificate Card.
  
• Pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check, Employment Verification).
  
• Ability to lift 50lbs and push or pull 150lbs with a handtruck.
  
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  
• Ability to unload items from the truck safely by hand.
  
• Able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations
  
• Have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
