Job Title: CDL Driver P Endorsement
Location: Seattle, WA (Multiple Openings: Redmond, Everett, Greater Seattle Area)
Pay: $27.75 - $35.75/hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and safety-focused CDL Drivers with a Passenger Endorsement to join a fast-growing transportation team serving corporate clients throughout the Puget Sound region. This role includes consistent routes, high-quality vehicles, and a company culture centered on community, safety, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate a commercial passenger vehicle on designated routes
- Transport passengers in a courteous, professional manner
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow DOT regulations and company procedures at all times
- Maintain accurate driver logs and reports
- Report mechanical issues or delays immediately
- Support a safe and clean onboard environment for all passengers
Must Haves / Requirements Summary: - Active Class A, B or C CDL with Passenger Endorsement
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check
- Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work assigned shifts and comply with company scheduling
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in transit, shuttle, or charter operations
- Knowledge of Seattle and surrounding areas
- Strong safety record and familiarity with vehicle inspections
