NEW Permanent Medical Assistant Opportunity – Outpatient Clinic
We’re seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join a collaborative outpatient clinic team providing care across all age groups — from infants to geriatrics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and enjoys supporting both providers and patients throughout their care journey. Different shifts open!
What You’ll Do:
Room patients, collect specimens, give injections/immunizations, and assist with exams and procedures
Support providers with prescription refills, prior authorizations, and Epic documentation
Perform lab and x-ray duties (if certified or willing to obtain certification)
Communicate effectively with patients and the care team to ensure smooth clinic operations
Provide occasional front desk/check-in support and help maintain supplies
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES or CAAHEP)
Current BLS certification
Previous experience in a clinical or internal medicine setting
Proficiency with Epic and prior authorization inbox management
X-ray operator exam passed or willingness to complete
Strong multitasking and communication skills
