Are you a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with a passion for patient-centered care and a desire for flexibility in your work schedule? InHome Healthcare Services is currently seeking *per diem COTAs* to join our compassionate team, providing exceptional care across the *Salinas to King City region* of the Monterey Peninsula.

*What You'll Be Doing:*
* Carrying out treatment plans developed by the OT to support patient rehab goals
* Assisting patients with exercises, mobility training, and adaptive techniques
* Educating patients and caregivers on home-based strategies for continued progress
* Documenting patient responses and progress clearly and timely
* Collaborating with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care
* Traveling between patient homes throughout the assigned region
*What You’ll Need:*
* Active California COTA license
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a home health setting
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
* Current CPR certification and TB clearance
*Preferred:*
* Experience in hospice and/or geriatric populations
