Keenan & Bhatia is a fast-growing law firm representing working people nationwide in achieving justice in the workplace. We're seeking a talented and experienced professional to serve in the dual role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. We're a social justice-driven firm with a goal of doing good and doing well! The CFO/COO will report directly to the managing partners, and will manage all business operations as well as handle all firm financial operations/accounting. This is a hybrid position that will involve some in-person work at our office in the Financial District.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Patience and flexibility - this is a fast-changing, startup-like environment!
- Substantial experience with Quickbooks and general business accounting
- Friendly demeanor
- Honesty and integrity
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- MBA
- Experience as a corporate controller or CFO
- Experience in the legal industry
